A: We are conveniently located centrally in Houston's upper kirby/River Oaks District at 3207 Mercer St. , Houston, TX 77027.

Look for the intersection of Mercer St. and West Alabama, right across the street from St. Luke's and St. John's.

Q: What services do you offer?

A: We schedule for mediators by maintaining their calendars, we offer rooms for booking (see our page on facilities) and we also provide many other services relevant to easing the burden of logistics in mediation

Q: Who owns and operates Greenway Mediation?

A: For over 20 years, Norman Roser has maintained and operated the facility as both a practicing mediator and business owner. He is available for scheduling as well under "Mediators", or you can visit his personal website directly at normanrosermediation.com to find his calendar.

Q: I have a matter I need mediated, but I don't know where to start. What should I do?

A: First, we highly recommend seeking legal representation. Without an attorney to help in these matters, it is often tough to know exactly what you need. If you would like to mediate at our facility, please tell your attorney your preference.

Q: Do you provide services in Spanish or other languages?

A: Our mediators are fluent in different languages depending on the mediator, and have differing access to translators. Please look at the mediator's page directly for their fluency/ability to translate.
