of Texas. Motion for rehearing on Supreme Court denial of Petition.
Issue: Whether Texas Courts, under the supreme law of the
land and U.S. Treaties, may capriciously substitute its opinion to titles of
Philippine aliens to estate of deceased Philippine domiciliary, who died in
Texas while receiving medical treatment.
